Customer Care Representatives / Telemarketers
Qualifications:
  • Excellent communication skills in English both oral and written
  • Graduate of any Bachelor of Arts or Science course
  • Proficient in various computer applications
  • Willing to work shifts

Team Supervisors
Qualifications:
  • Excellent communication skills in English both oral and written
  • Graduate of any Bachelor of Arts or Science course
  • Proficient in various computer applications
  • Willing to work shifts
  • Must have at least 1 year experience in supervising a team
  • High level of customer service orientation
  • Having worked in the same capacity in a call center environment is highly required and recommended
  • Strong interpersonal and people management skills
  • Organized and with very strong leadership skills

Operations Manager
Qualifications:
  • Graduate of a Bachelor's Degree in Business or any related course
  • At least 4 years experience in Customer Service/Relations Management
  • With extensive experience in client relations and client management
  • Knowledge of general accounting and billing procedures
  • Knowledge of personal computer operations and software applications
  • Ability to manage departmental expenditures in adherence to budgeted guidelines
  • Having worked in the same capacity in a call center environment is highly required and recommended.
